Real Mahogany wood has been dyed and is then hand-cut to fit the flask perfectly, top and bottom edges are also bordered by hand in black ink for a classy and finished appearance.
This flask features poetry inspired by the mystic Rumi, “Let the lover be disrespectful, crazy, absent minded. Someone sober will worry about events going badly. Let the lover be” has been hand-typed onto this wood with a vintage Remington typewriter. Exact grain of the wood, and placement of typography may vary flask-by-flask. Each is made unique and one at a time!
These premium flasks are 0.5mm thick and made of 304 (18/8) stainless steel with laser welded joints. Each is individually leak tested using a pressurized air and water system from the factory. These are high quality flasks, not the cheap and light style. 304 steel is food-grade safe.
I am happy to customize any item in the shop in a variety of wood colors, or customize the message for you. Provide your own poetry, favorite quote, or saying. Custom sizes can be made (3oz, or 6oz) and 4x different wood grains are available.
If want to showcase the look of the wood the Red wood is gorgeous, very rich and saturated, and is a very good choice. If you want your message to stand out more, please consider either brown or grey wood.
